We warn you in advance and tell you the date your site would go offline, then give you a week's grace. You can top up from $10.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits you buy never expire. Monthly plan credits are used first, so what you paid for is always protected.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, both directions. A downgrade takes effect at your renewal date, so you keep what you paid for.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans are month to month (we also have annual plans with discounts and other advantages).
